Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Bebleys Ltd T/A Vehicle Mats UK takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Full payment is automatically taken upon clicking 'Place Order' at checkout. Please ensure all information on your order is correct including all contact details for future communication.
Following receipt of an order and payment, a confirmation email will be issued. Our mats are made to order and can take up to 8 working days to be manufactured.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or find you have ordered the incorrect product for your car, please contact us via our website and we will endeavour to resolve your query or arrange for you to return the item to us where required. We offer a no-quibble 60 days returns period. Always contact us prior to returning an item, we offer no-cost returns via Royal Mail using the label we will provide via email (We cannot refund costs if you choose to return via your own methods).
Please note, with regard to any returned items. The company does not cover the cost of any return postage and we are not responsible for any damages that occur whilst an item is being returned unless using our own provided returns label for Royal Mail.
Upon receipt of your returned goods. We will issue the agreed refund to your account within 3 working days.
Our Cancellation Process
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible to inform us. In the event that an order has already been shipped please refuse the item on delivering and ask for it to be returned to sender.
Products with Defects
Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of your order if there is any fault with regard to the floor mats supplied. When contacting us via email please provide as much detail as possible regarding your query and include a photograph showing any issue, along with the vehicle details and registration, and send to email@example.com in order for your issue to be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
